Why Wheat Straw?
Wheat straw is a renewable and sustainable alternative to some solid plastics – think picnic plates that don't stick around forever. It's a BPA free and food-grade material that's got its FDA approval. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the material is made from a natural byproduct of wheat production.
